B: Hi Cristian, how are you, well, I've only had a stuffy nose for a week.

Introduction: Hello Cristian, this is Daniel, a week ago I had a terrible headache, my back and legs hurt and I didn't sleep well because I was training in the gym three hours a day and making a great effort.

Body: My mom advised me to go see a doctor, which I did, and he told me the following: Don't exercise a lot, and that my sleep routine should be 8 hours a day and rest my muscles for at least 3 days or I could be injured. The doctor was very kind and patient with me. Also, I prescribe some medicines and vitamins to recover.

Conclusion: In the last week I have felt much better, I followed the doctor's instructions. I also improved my diet and better organized my times to sleep eight hours a day.
