Introduction
There are many reasons why one would prefer to work in a country other than the one he/ she was born. Such practice benefits both the countries and goes a long way to open up numerous opportunities as will be outlined latter in this essay. Outsourcing labor from outside the US, for example, has brought in new skills at a slightly lower cost making the cost of production go down while at the same time increasing quality of goods. Personally I would feel much privileged to work in a foreign country for a number of reasons.
Reasons why foreign employment is much better
Working in a foreign country is adventurous and presents an opportunity to learn new things .Different countries, for example, are endowed with different physical features making it n opportunity to see new sceneries. Countries adopt different procedures of doing things and this would be yet another opportunity to learn new skills. Working in a foreign country would also help me get exposed to different people and may be an opportunity for opening new trade links. In addition it gives an opportunity to learn new culture as well as different languages. Working abroad also presents an opportunity to invest in a foreign country therefore increasing once wealth base. Another reason why I would prefer to work abroad is the fact that most jobs in a foreign country would be better paying.

The most important tips that would enable a person to survive in a foreign nation is discipline and self drive. Disciplined people attract favor and this would go a long way in enhancing cooperation others include hard work willingness to learn new skills, Willingness to keep increasing once knowledge base as well as a drive to learn a local language. Another important tip would to make a few more friends that would be available in time of need.
